We understand that you may wish to send more than one submission in to us at Ace using one postage label to save on costs.
Whilst we will accept submissions in like this, please ensure you follow the below advice to ensure there are no delays with the arrival scans of your submission.
- Ensure you have individually wrapped the correct cards in separate smaller packages with the packing slip (provided to you via email) and submission number for those cards on, inside the packet and identification for which submission belongs to which submission number on the outside of the packet.
- Place the submissions together inside one larger box.
- Securely seal the box, write the address on it clearly and then tape all submission barcodes (provided on the bottom of the submission slip) to the outermost packaging of the parcel.
- You may now post the parcel.
Tips:
- If you do not have a printer for the packing slips and barcodes, please write your submission numbers clearly on the individual submissions and the outermost packaging- please ensure this is not covered by any postage labels and that you triple check that you have copied the submission numbers correctly.
- For extra care, it is worth writing a separate note to state which cards you wish to be ingested under which submission number.
- Please put all barcodes next to each other on the same side of your submission box, so it is easily identifiable that there are multiple submissions inside.
Please note:
- If only one submission barcode is visible on the outside of the box, you may only receive an arrival scan for that submission number as the time of arrival scan is not the same time the box is opened.
- Any delays caused by incorrect labelling of submissions by the customer will not be accommodated and submissions will be processed in line with the date they are scanned as 'Arrived'.
