If you have been locked out of your Ace account then you will need to complete a TrustID check before we can remove the 2 Factor Authenticator (2FA) and reset your account
❌ If you have lost access to your Ace account you can request a reset your password link on the 'Log in' page.
💻 If you still have your password but have enabled 2FA and no longer have access to the device where the 2FA codes are generated, you will need to contact support@acegrading.com
🆔 Customer Support will send you an email containing re-set instructions and a link for you to follow and complete the ID check.
✅ Once this has been verified, our Customer Support team will be requested to remove the 2FA from your account so you can access it again
Customers should note that this can take 24-48 hours for the process to be completed
