Ace Grading request payment at the end of the process, before the cards are returned to you

We will send your invoice to you via email once your submission has been completed. This will include costs for:

• Grading fee per card
• Label fee per card (if applicable)
• Return shipping fee (if applicable)
• Any additional fees, such as inbound customs charges or unpaid courier fees (if applicable)

Once payment has been made in full the submission will move to shipping and be prepared for dispatch.

Ace Grading do not request any payment upfront

Your payment link will be valid for 30 days. Please ensure payment is made within this timeframe. There will be a due date on the invoice, this is the last expect date of payment. If your payment link is to expire, please reach out to the Customer Support team via email at support@acegrading.com for further assistance.
