Yes! You can request an Ace Label for any cards on your submission.
When you submit a card that requires an Ace label to be created, your request is forwarded directly to our Illustration team who will begin creating a brand new label specifically for that card.
All requests for a new Ace Label will be made known to the customer at the time of selection, this will also include a message to inform you of any estimated delay this may add to the turnaround time of your submission.
Customers should note:
- You will not see the label design prior to the completion of your submission, when the scans will be displayed on your dashboard
- Turnaround times will still be followed for your chosen service level but customers should be prepared for a delay to their submission which may occur at the point of the label creation and printing
