What to send your card in:

✅ Do put your card inside a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card holder

✅ Do open any promo or sealed packs (or leave a note to say we can!)

💡 Remember to only include one card per semi-rigid card holder

❌ Don't use elastic bands to bind cards together as this can cause the cards to bend!

How to send your card in:

✅ Do pack the box securely with packing paper or bubble wrap

✅ Do use a sturdy box that fits the cards easily

💡 Remember to separate submissions if you are sending more than 1 in the same box

❌ Don't forget to add the Ace barcode on the outside of the box

Customers should note:

🙌🏻 We can guarantee your cards will not be handled prior to being graded, as long as they are sent to us inside a penny sleeve in a semi-rigid card holder. If you choose to send your cards to us in any other form of card holder, we will remove them and put them inside a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card holder on arrival. For patch cards or thicker cards we would advise for customers to use a magnetic case

🛑 If you do not put the barcode clearly on the outside of the box, this may cause delays to your submission on arrival

✉️ We strongly advise you send your cards to us using a tracked delivery service, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery 

Unfortunately, we cannot return any packaging back to customers, this includes but is not limited to : Penny Sleeves, Semi-Rigid Card Holders, Top Loaders, Magnetic Cases
