Ace Grading is only operational on weekdays but, on occasion, we are able to accept inbound post on weekends and UK bank holidays.

If your submission arrives on a weekend or a UK bank holiday then it will start the process from the next business day. 

Example:

Submission delivered - Saturday 14/06/2025

Submission scanned as arrived - Monday 16/06/20256/2025

Submission turnaround starts - Tuesday 17/06/2025

Ace Grading will make every effort to scan all submissions as 'Arrived' on the date it is received, even if this is on a weekend or a UK bank holiday. However, if this is not possible then it will be done at the next point in the process when the parcel is opened.
