Ace Grading is only operational on weekdays but, on occasion, we are able to accept inbound post on weekends and UK bank holidays at our UK headquarters.

If your submission arrives on a weekend or a UK bank holiday then it will start the process from the next business day. 

Example:

Submission delivered - Saturday 08/08/2026

Submission scanned as arrived - Monday 10/08/2026

Submission turnaround starts - Tuesday 11/08/2026

Ace Grading will make every effort to scan all submissions as 'Arrived' on the date it is received, even if this is on a weekend or a UK bank holiday. However, if this is not possible then it will be done at the next point in the process when the parcel is opened.

Ace Grading will not be able to accept any parcels that are attempted for delivery to our Amsterdam hub on the weekend.
