🕒 Why Are Slots Limited?

To protect turnaround times and maintain our quality of service, we will only accept a limited number of submissions per service level at any given time. We temporarily close them once capacity has been reached which helps us remain consistent and fair during this high-demand cycle.

How do I submit cards to Ace Grading?

Submitting cards to Ace Grading is a simple and easy process!

Head to the Submission Portal on our website's home page
Follow the step-by-step process to select the service and level you want
You can select a Classic Submission and search our database for your cards, if you want to add the name of your cards or add them in a certain order. If you prefer to just add the number of cards you want to send, you can do this on a Simple Submission - if you are sending in sealed cards, you can also leave a note giving us permission to open them at this point!
Enter your name, phone number and address, take the time to double check this is correct.
Review your submission details and the estimated costs, this may include label and shipping charges, you can also add any promo codes and then complete your submission.
We will send you a confirmation email which will include your packing slip, you will need to download and print this. You can also find it on your Ace dashboard.
Separate the barcode from the rest of the information on the packing slip. Securely package your cards inside a box and add the packing slip inside. Attach the barcode (from the bottom of your packing slip) to the outside of the box securely.
Send your package to Ace Grading and we will handle the rest!

How long is the turnaround time for my submission?

Turnaround times at Ace Grading vary between the service level selected for the submission.

These are estimations for how long your submission should take to be completed but are not guaranteed deadlines.

|| Luxury : 2 business days || Ultra : 5 business days || Premier : 15 business days || Standard : 30 business days || Basic : 80 business days

📆 The turnaround time starts from the first full business day and ends when the invoice is sent to you. Your submission may begin to progress on the day it arrives but this day is not included in the total turnaround time. Shipping times are not included in the turnaround time.

When do I pay for my submission?

Ace Grading request payment at the end of the process, before the cards are returned to you

We will send your invoice to you via email once your submission has been completed This will include costs for :

Grading fee per card
Label fee per card
Return shipping fee
Any additional fee, such as inbound customs charges or unpaid courier fees

Once payment has been made in full the submission will move to shipping and be prepared for dispatch.

What to send your card in:

✅ Do put your card inside a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card holder ✅ Do open any promo or sealed packs (or leave a note to say we can!) 💡 Remember to only include one card per semi-rigid card holder ❌ Don't use elastic bands to bind cards together as this can cause the cards to bend!

How to send your card in:

✅ Do pack the box securely with packing paper or bubble wrap ✅ Do use a sturdy box that fits the cards easily 💡 Remember to separate submissions if you are sending more than 1 in the same box
❌ Don't forget to add the Ace barcode on the outside of the box

Customers should note:

🙌🏻 We can guarantee your cards will not be handled prior to being graded, as long as they are sent to us inside a penny sleeve in a semi-rigid card holder. If you choose to send your cards to us in any other form of card holder, we will remove them and put them inside a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card holder on arrival. This does not apply to patch cards or thicker cards 🛑 If you do not put the barcode on the outside of the box, this may cause delays to your submission on arrival ✉️ We strongly advise you send your cards to us using a tracked service, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery

How Much Does it Cost to Submit with Ace Grading?

Services at Ace Grading start at £10 for our Basic service level, £12 for our Standard, £15 for Premier & £25 for Ultra. Please see more pricing details here.

The main consideration when choosing service level is price, turnaround expectation and FMV max compensation, please see more here.

Our ‘Colour Match’ label option will be an additional £1 per card and our ‘Ace’ label option will be an additional £3 per card.

Customers will pay for their submission after their cards have been graded. Submitters will be sent an invoice from Ace Grading, which includes your grading fee plus shipping; once this is paid, your submission can be released for return shipping.

Ace Grading accepts all major debit and credit cards & PayPal from submitters globally.
