What is an Ace Label Request?

An Ace Label request is when a submitter chooses an Ace Label for a card that has not yet had one designed.

We currently offer this option in our Classic during the submission portal process where submitters can choose their preference as below -



Ace Grading also offers this on Simple submissions via your submission dashboard once your submission is processed and arrives at the Authentication stage as below -


Please be logged into your account and then go to your submission dashboard to amend your label choices. User Dashboard

Submitters will be able to change your label preference until your submission reaches the Label Printing stage of the process.

Ace Labels Requests are currently now available on all cards.

When you choose a card that does not currently have an Ace Label, your request is forwarded directly to our illustrators. They’ll begin creating a brand-new label specifically for that card.

⚠️ Please Note:

You will not see the label design prior to grading - our team will begin working on it as soon as your submission is received.
Your card will be the first ever slab to feature that brand-new label design.
Turnaround time will still follow your chosen service level, but may vary slightly depending on the number of custom label requests within that tier.
