Yes, you can request an Ace Label during your submission!

When you submit a card that does not currently have an Ace Label, your request is forwarded directly to our illustrators and they’ll begin creating a brand new label specifically for that card.

All requests for a new Ace Label will be made known to the customer at the time of selection, this will also include a message to inform you of the estimated delay this will add to the completion of the submission.

Customers should note:

• You will not see the label design prior to the completion of your submission when the scans will be displayed on your dashboard
• Turnaround times will still be followed for your chosen service level but customers should be prepared for a delay to their submission which will occur at the point of the label creation and printing
