Can I send in my sealed cards or booster pack?

Unfortunately, Ace Grading does not grade any sealed product.

Ace Grading accepts cards still sealed in their cello packs, however, we require permission to open them before they can progress.

If we receive a submission with sealed cards enclosed then we will reach out to the customer as soon as practicable to seek permission to open the packs. The submission will not proceed until we have received this from the customer.

To avoid any delay with your submission, we suggest opening up your sealed cards before sending them in to us. If you do not wish to do this, please give your permission in the submission notes or include a hand written note inside the submission parcel.

Customers should note:

⏰ Submissions awaiting a customer response are stored in 'Submission Review' and this may extend the turnaround time of the submission.

❌ If you do not wish for the pack to be opened then the card/s will be returned to you without completing the grading process and you may still be charged for this.
