Cancelling Submission

Submitters can cancel submissions within their submission dashboard before their arrival.

Simply press on the submission you want to cancel and press 'Make Changes'.

This will then pop- up a warning message, if you want to continue with the cancellation of your submission then click 'Cancel Submission'.

Once submission/s have arrived they are unable to be cancelled as soon as they arrive at Authentication.

If submitters wish to cancel their submissions once arrived but before Authentication we charge £10 admin fee per submission & then a further £5.99 per return submission shipment cost this is at our discretion and we can reject cancellations.
