Ace Grading operations and DHL shipping over Christmas 2025

📆 15th - 19th December 2025 :

DHL will make daily collections from Ace Grading, as normal. Whilst we cannot guarantee next working day delivery, due to an increase in general courier service demands at this time, you should receive your delivery before Christmas if it is collected this week

📆 22nd December 2025 :

DHL's last collection from Ace Grading will be made on this day. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, but DHL will do their best to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible

📆 24th - 26th December 2025 :

🎅🏻 Ace Grading will not be operational over the festive period but our Management and Security Team will remain on site 🎅🏻

📆 29th December - 2nd January 2026 :

Ace Grading will be operational but we will not adhering to standard 'business days' during this time due to lower staffing levels over the festive period. DHL will be making collections from Ace Grading but these will not be every day and we cannot guarantee next working day delivery.

📆 5th January 2026 :

Ace Grading will operate as normal for the rest of the year

Customers should note: 

All above guidelines are estimates and we endeavour to complete all submissions within the turnaround time, issue the invoice on the estimated completion date and have your parcel shipped as soon as practicable.

Delays are to be expected due to the increased service demands for Ace Grading and DHL at this time of year
