About the Role

We are seeking a Clean Room Operator to join our encapsulation and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling the final graded product - ensuring every card is flawlessly encased in a clean, secure slab with the correct label and exceptional presentation.

This is a precision-based role working in a clean room environment where quality, cleanliness, and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Place cards and labels into slabs, ensuring correct alignment and accuracy

• Perform ultrasonic welding using encapsulation machines to seal graded cards

• Inspect slabs for scratches, dust, and imperfections before final sealing

• Maintain a spotless, well-organised clean room workspace

• Verify that labels and cards are correctly matched before encapsulation

• Meet daily production and quality targets

• Follow strict cleanliness and handling procedures to protect customer submissions

• Collaborate with the team while also being able to work independently

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Comfortable working in a quiet, focused, clean room environment

• Strong time management and ability to hit daily quotas

• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures precisely

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Previous experience in clean room, production, or assembly environments is a plus
