How are my cards handled by Ace Grading?
We aim to minimise the handling of any customer cards where possible
Here are a few tips for you to know before sending your cards in:
✅ We always advise customers to send their cards to us inside a penny sleeve in a semi-rigid card holder - we guarantee your cards will not be handled prior to being graded if you follow this advice
✅ We advise that you pack your cards securely inside your parcel and use adequate packing paper or bubble wrap to secure
✅ We advise that you pack your cards in the order you wish for them to be graded, if you have a preference, and either complete a Classic submission or add a note into the parcel confirming the order
**Customers should note: **
📦 Ace are not responsible for the condition of cards on arrival, nor will we deem them as 'damaged' unless the packaging is visibly damaged or has been tampered with on arrival.
📸 Should the parcel and cards arrived visibly damaged Ace Customer Support will reach out to the customer as soon as possible with photographic confirmation of the condition of the cards and packaging on arrival
🔍 Ace will only assess the condition of the cards as part of the grading process and, therefore, any defects noted at this point are deemed as being on the card on arrival to Ace.
