How are Turnaround Times Calculated

Ace Grading operates different turnaround times depending on the service level selected when submitting.
The turnaround time starts from the first full business day and ends when the invoice is sent to you.

📦 Example: 2 Business Day Turnaround

Submission arrives: 16/06/2025
Submission completion date: 18/06/2025

🕓 Example: 10 Business Day Turnaround

Submission arrives: 16/06/2025
Submission completion date: 30/06/2025

💡 Note: Although your submission may begin to progress on the day it arrives, that day is not counted toward the turnaround time unless it was received before the start of the business day.

Our commitment is to issue your invoice on the expected completion date.

🚚 Dispatch & Shipping Info

Dispatch depends on when payment is received, so it's not included in the turnaround time.

To give your order the best chance of same-day shipping:

Pay before midday 🕛
DHL Express typically collects mid to late afternoon
If your item is marked "shipped" after DHL has collected, it will be dispatched the next working day

⚠️ Many factors affect whether a submission is dispatched the same day, but prompt payment increases your chances.
