Quality Assessment & Data Input Technician – Ace Grading
Salary: £27,500 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Quality Assessment & Data Input Technician. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our final product before it reaches the customer. You’ll be responsible for quality control checks, product scanning, data entry, and order verification
Carefully inspect and quality check each graded product to ensure it meets Ace’s visual and functional standards
Scan completed cards for digital records and verify there are no defects or errors
Accurately input card and order data into our internal systems
Cross-check submission details to ensure the correct card, grade, and label match each order
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
Handle customer cards with extreme care and attention
Adhere to daily production targets while maintaining high quality
Prioritise workloads based on service level deadlines
Collaborate with other team members and operate independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong data entry and computer literacy skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Ability to focus for extended periods on repetitive tasks
Works well independently and within a team
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate
