What can I do if I have been locked out of my Ace account?
If you have been locked out of your Ace account then you will need to complete a TrustID check before we can remove the 2FA and reset your account
❌ If you have lost access to your account you can request a reset your password link on the 'Log in' page.
💻 If you still have your password but have enabled 2FA and no longer have access to the device where the 2FA codes are generated, you will need to contact support@acegrading.com
🆔 You will be sent a link which will will ask for some valid documentation to verify your identity and restore your account
✅ Once this has been verified, our Tech team will be requested to remove the 2FA from your account so you can access it again
