What happens if my cards have been stolen?

In the unfortunate event your cards are stolen, you can rely on Ace for support


You will need to: 

👮🏻‍♂️ Complete a Police report for the stolen cards

📩 Notify Ace Customer Support of the cert numbers

📲 Report the theft to the relevant social media platform (where applicable)


Ace can only deactivate the cert numbers for stolen cards, we __cannot __log a theft on your behalf or track the potential location of any alleged stolen cards



Customers should note: 

❌ Ace cannot stop any customers from submitting alleged stolen cards as there is no way for us to prove this

❌ Ace cannot get involved in any sale or trade disputes surrounding alleged stolen cards

✅ Potential sales, trades or locations of suspected or alleged stolen cards, should be provided to the Police as part of the police incident report

✅ All customers reporting stolen cards to Ace will need to provide proof of purchase or trade if they are not the original submitter
