Ace Grading does not take responsibility of submissions until they have been successfully delivered to our office.
We would heavily advise submitters contact the courier who is responsible for delivery of your submission and request an update if any concerns about safe delivery.
We would advise adding your tracking number to your submission via your dashboard as below so our customer support team can also track your shipment.
