When can I make my label choices

For classic submissions you can make your label choices whilst entering card details on the submission portal. Your label choices can then be amended once your submission has entered the Research & ID stage until the Label Printing stage.

For simple submissions you do not select your label choices before sending your submission to Ace Grading. Submitters are able to choose their labels preferences once your submission has entered the Research & ID stage and then they can be amended until the label printing stage.

Any changes after the label printing stage can not be accommodated, please review your submission before this point.
