There are a couple of ways you can select the labels you want for your cards...

For classic submissions you can make your label choices when completing card details on the submission portal.

You can amend your label choices on the submission once it has entered the Research & ID stage up until they reach the Label Printing stage.

For simple submissions you cannot choose your labels until your submission has arrived.

Customers should note:

Any change requests after the label printing stage can not be accommodated as the cards have been encapsulated, you will need to return the cards to us on a re-holder service to have them changed if you have selected the wrong labels
