Can I request an Ace label?
Yes, you can request an Ace Label during your submission! When you choose a card that does not currently have an Ace Label, your request is forwarded directly to our illustrators. They’ll begin creating a brand-new label specifically for that card. ⚠️ Please Note: You will not see the label design prior to grading - our team will begin working on it as soon as your submission is received. Unfortunately, you cannot create a custom label or send in artwork suggestions All our Ace labels are created by our dedicated Illustrators who use the art and images on your card to influence the Ace label design. There are a couple of ways you can select the labels you want for your cards... For classic submissions you can make your label choices when completing card details on the submission portal. You can amend your label choices on the submission once it has entered the Research & ID stage up until they reach the Label Printing stage. If your card receives one of our Standard labels then it is likely we have not been able to grade it If this happens, your card will be issued one of 3 qualifiers: Altered If we believe a card to be recoloured, reshaped, restored or modified in any way to make it different from the original card, then the card will receive the Altered qualifier. Your card will not will not be encapsulated, added to our certification database or population report and we will return it raw.Few readers
