    Can I Add More Cards to my Submission Once I Have Inputted my Cards? Upon submitting your cards to Ace Grading please do not send additional cards. If additional cards are sent it is at our determination as to whether they continue on the submission journey, this may also cause further delays. Submitting more cards will also distort our allocation system and cause further delays to all submitters. Please do not breach the card limit and double check your submission before dispatch.Few readers
  • Editing Submission - Add or Change Cards
    To edit submissions currently it is required they are deleted and then amended. If you edit your submission and we no longer have capacity at that service level it will not generate a new submission number. Ace Grading would suggest if you want to add/ change or subtract cards from a submission amending the submission slip manually. To amend the submission slip manually simply cross out the number of cards with a pen and write the new number and/ or amend card details. Please note - subFew readers

    Can I Track my Submission Progress? Yes! Within your Ace Grading dashboard, you will find a tracker for each of your submissions. This will update as your submission progresses throughout the service.     Submitters can cancel submissions within their submission dashboard before their arrival. Simply press on the submission you want to cancel and press 'Make Changes'.     Can I Change The Address on My Account? Yes. You are able to change the address in your account dashboard. This must be done before your submission is completed/ invoice generated for your order. Be sure to do this as soon as possible to ensure safe delivery. We can only deliver to the address set in your account dashboard.
