  • When do I pay for my submission?
    Ace Grading request payment at the end of the process, before the cards are returned to you We will send your invoice to you via email once your submission has been completed This will include costs for : Grading fee per card Label fee per card Return shipping fee Any additional fee, such as inbound customs charges or unpaid courier fees Once payment has been made in full the submission will move to shipping and be prepared for dispatch.Popular

  • Which courier service does Ace use?
    Ace Grading is partnered with DHL Express exclusively and offer their Verified Delivery service UK Delivery 🚛 DHL Express handle all our UK outbound shipping. 🚛 DHL Express make collections from Ace Grading every business day, generally during the mid-late afternoon - this does not include weekends or bank holidays. 🚛 DHL Express aim to complete all UK deliveries on the next business day after the collection has been made.   • What happens if there is a problem with my delivery from Ace Grading?
    DHL Customer Support are on hand to help if you have an issue Customers are advised to contact DHL directly if there are any concerns or queries with your shipment You will need to quote your tracking, or waybill, number to confirm the shipment You will need to confirm the shipper's address (Ace Grading HQ) and the delivery address *(the address listed on your Ace DaFew readers
  • DHL Express Verified Delivery
    What is Verified Delivery? Verified Delivery is a secure DHL Express service where the courier can only hand over your shipment once a unique QR code is scanned at the door. The code is sent directly to the receiver through DHL notifications (email, SMS, or WhatsApp). How does delivery work now? DHL notifies you that your shipment is on the way. You receive a QR code in your DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) messages. When the courier arrives, you must show this QR code. The cFew readers
  • What should I do if my parcel has been stolen on delivery?
    In the unfortunate event that your parcel has been stolen, please follow these steps : DHL Contact 📷 Please contact DHL to open an investigation regarding the delivery of the parcel, this should include proof of the Verified Delivery QR Code scan and/or photo POD ❌ Please ask them to confirm that there was no direction given to leave the parcel in a 'safe place' or redirect to a new address Ace Grading Contact 👮🏻‍♀️ You will need to complete a police report and send us the rFew readers
  • What happens if I am not home to accept my delivery?
    If you are not home to receive your delivery, there are several options available ... DHL should not leave any shipment if you are not home to accept it, they should leave a calling card note and attempt delivery again on the next working day If you know you will not be home then you can: Have the delivery address on your Ace Dashboard changed to one that will be able to accept the shipment (please note this can only be done prior to the invoice being issued) Request for the parcelFew readers
