Can I cancel my submission?

Submitters can cancel submissions within their Ace dashboard before they arrive.



Simply select the submission you want to cancel and press 'Make Changes'.

This will then pop-up with a warning message asking if you want to continue with the cancellation of your submission. If you do, please click 'Cancel Submission'.

Customers should note:

❌ We may be unable to cancel any submissions once they have arrived at Ace Grading.

📩 If you need to cancel your submission after you have posted your cards, please contact Ace Customer Support for assistance


Any cancellation requests for a submission that has arrived may be subject to a £10.00 admin fee & a £5.99 return shipment cost. This is charged at our discretion and we can reject any cancellation requests.
