Can I change the information on my Ace account?

Yes! You can easily do this on your Ace Dashboard

You simply need to log into your Ace account and go to the Profile page to edit the information you have listed!


You can change: 

👤 Your name

☎️ Your contact number

🏡 Your address

🔐 Update your password

📲 Enable your 2 Factor Authenticator


Customers should note:

🏡 We can only deliver to the address listed on your Ace Dashboard so please ensure that this is correct when you complete your submission


Please note that the address on your invoice will not change if it was issued prior to the address being changed on your Ace account - we cannot amend the invoice once it has been issued



You cannot change: 

❌ Your email address - if you wish to use a new email address you will need to create a new Ace account.


We are able to delete any unused accounts, should you wish for us to do so, and you will need to make this request in writing to support@acegrading.com
