Can I post multiple submissions together?

You can send in multiple submissions together but there are a few things to keep in mind...

Where possible, enclose each submission inside individual boxes and add them into a larger box for postage
If you cannot do this, please separate each set of cards per submission inside the box and with the relating packing slip to avoid any confusion on arrival of which submission the cards should be added to.
All barcodes for each submission should be on the outside of the box so the team can accurately scan them on arrival
Please ensure everything is labelled clearly and concisely to avoid any confusion or mix up

We would prefer customers to avoid sending in multiple submissions together where possible in order to avoid any potential delays or mix ups

Customers should note:

⏰ Sending in submissions on different service levels within the same box can result in delays if they are not clearly labelled on the outside

⏯ Any delays caused by incorrect labelling of submissions will not be accommodated and submissions will be processed in line with the date they are scanned as 'Arrived'
