Can I track my submission when it has been finished and sent back?

Your submission will be issued a DHL tracking number

Once the payment has been made in full and your submission moves to the final stage in the process, it will be issued with a DHL tracking, or waybill, number.


👀 You will see this on your Ace Dashboard once it has been allocated to your submission

🚛 When DHL have collected the parcel from Ace and scanned it in at their depot, you will start to get updates

📲 All updates should be sent to customers via email and / or text message from DHL


For any queries or concerns with the return shipment of a submission, customers are advised to reach out to DHL directly for initial support


Customers should note: 

Ace Grading will not provide any updates on the journey of your submission, these will be sent via DHL

Ace Grading are not liable for any shipment that is redirected by the customer

Ace Grading do not offer or guarantee same day or next working day dispatch

DHL Express should deliver all submissions on the next working day from the date of collection
