How can I track my submissions progress?
You can do this direct from your Ace dashboard!
If you log into your Ace account you will find an individual tracker for each of your active submissions which will automatically update as your submission progresses throughout the service.

Customers should note:
📩 You may receive email updates about a submission at certain points in the process, but we do not send emails for every step or for every submission.
✅ It is the customers responsibility to ensure any action required by them has been completed in a timely manner to avoid delays - I.E giving permission to open a promo pack or selecting labels
⏯️ It is normal for your submission to remain stationary at points during the process, providing this is before the estimated completion date
