What do I do if my submission has not been scanned as arrived?

We endeavour to scan all submissions on arrival but sometimes this cannot be done

Why has it not been scanned as arrived?

Our aim is always to scan submissions as ‘arrived’ when they are handed to us by the courier. However, this is sometimes not achievable and, as such, we will scan your submission at the point of opening. 



Customers should note: 

Successful delivery of any parcel relates to Ace Grading receiving and scanning the submission on the internal system, a courier POD alone does not confirm successful delivery.

Ace Grading is not liable for any submission which has not been received and scanned by Ace Grading.
