Why has it not been scanned as arrived?

Our aim is always to scan submissions as ‘arrived’ when they are handed to us by the courier. However, this is sometimes not achievable and, as such, we will scan your submission at the point of opening. 



Customers should note: 

If you have proof of delivery that it has been successfully received by Ace Grading, please be assured that it will be scanned in at the next available point in the process and this will update on your Ace dashboard.
