We endeavour to scan all submissions on arrival but sometimes this cannot be done

Customers should note:
Successful delivery of any parcel relates to Ace Grading receiving and scanning the submission on the internal system, a courier POD alone does not confirm successful delivery.
Ace Grading is not liable for any submission which has not been received and scanned by Ace Grading.
