What happens if I forget to include my packing slip or barcode?
Please don't worry!
We can still allocate your submission even if you don't include the paperwork
🏡 If you have included your name and return address on the shipping label, then we can check these details in order to allocate your submission
🏷️ We can also use the cards sent in, if you have completed a classic submission, to check for submissions that match yours
📩 You can also reach out to Ace Customer Support to let us know and give us a description of the parcel and list of cards so we can advise our Ingest team ahead of time

If there are parcels which we cannot allocate, we will store these safely until a customer reaches out and we can confirm ownership of the cards
