What if I can't print my packing slip & barcode?
Please don't worry! You can still send in your submission
If you are unable to print the packing slip and barcode from your confirmation email, we advise for you to add a clearly written note inside the parcel to state the relevant information which can be found on the packing slip.
Once the parcel has been sealed and addressed to Ace Grading, please add the submission number and service level clearly on the outside of the box (i.e. 123456 Ultra)
Customers should note:
✒ Any submissions that are not labelled correctly may impact the turnaround time and delay the submission.
📝 Please double check all submission details when adding them as a note, a wrong number could result in your submission not being allocated to your account
