  • How do I submit cards to Ace Grading?
    Submitting cards to Ace Grading is a simple and easy process! Head to the Submission Portal on our website's home page Follow the step-by-step process to select the service and level you want You can select a Classic Submission and search our database for your cards, if you want to add the name of your cards or add them in a certain order.   • How should I package my cards to send in?
    We have several tips to keep your cards safe when sending them in ... What to send your card in: ✅ Do put your card inside a penny sleeve and semi-rigid card holder ✅ Do open any promo or sealed packs (or leave a note to say we can!) 💡 Remember to only include one card per semi-rigid card holder ❌ Don't use elastic bands to bind cards together as this can cause the cards to bend!   • What can I send in to Ace Grading?
    Ace Grading currently accepts a variety of TCG, Sports cards and Stickers We accept all major standard sized TCG and standard sized Sports cards. Standard-sized Sports cards are 6.4 cm x 8.9 cm. (Panini, Topps) ✅ We accept stickers that are smaller than the above sizes but please note that these will be placed in a transparent frame inside the Ace Slab. ✅ We accept official metal cards, such as the UPC CharizarSome readers
  • Can I drop off or collect my submission in person?
    Unfortunately, this is not something we offer 🔐 To ensure our office is as safe and secure as possible we have suspended in-person drop off and collections. All submissions will need to be made via the online portal on the website and sent in to us via a postal service Customers are welcome to make in-person drop off's to our team at card shows and use our official partners at Collectors Card House to submit your cardsSome readers
  • Can I submit a card that has been graded by another company?
    Yes! We offer our Crossover service for this. Our grading team will complete the re-grade on these cards completely impartially, they will have no prior knowledge of the previous grade given or even that the card/s have been submitted via our Crossover service! Customer should note: ⚖ Any cards submitted on our Crossover service will be graded against Ace Grading's grading scale only. ❌ We do not offer pre-grades to determine what our grade would be prior to the card being removedFew readers
  • Can I post multiple submissions together?
    You can send in multiple submissions together but there are a few things to keep in mind... Where possible, enclose each submission inside individual boxes and add them into a larger box for postage If you cannot do this, please separate each set of cards per submission inside the box and with the relating packing slip to avoid any confusion on arrival of which submission the cards should be added to.   • Can I send in my sealed cards or booster pack?
    Unfortunately, Ace Grading does not grade any sealed product. Ace Grading accepts cards still sealed in their cello packs, however, we require permission to open them before they can progress. If we receive a submission with sealed cards enclosed then we will reach out to the customer as soon as practicable to seek permission to open the packs. The submission will not proceed until we have received this from the customer.Few readers
  • Do you grade signed cards?
    Ace Grading accepts official authenticated signatures on cards only. We do not accept non pre-authenticated signatures on cards, such as signings / drawings done at card shows or events. Official Authenticated Signature CardFew readers
  • Can I edit my submission?
    Completed submissions cannot be edited without deleting, unfortunately If you have received a confirmation email for your submission, this means it has been completed and is now an expected submission on our system. You cannot increase the number of cards you have declared or change the chosen service level on your Ace dashboard once you have confirmed your submission.Few readers
  • Can I submit from outside the UK?
    Yes! We accept International submissions Ace Grading currently accepts submissions from the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Japan, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.   • Can I track my submission when it has been finished and sent back?
    Your submission will be issued a DHL tracking number Once the payment has been made in full and your submission moves to the final stage in the process, it will be issued with a DHL tracking, or waybill, number. 👀 You will see this on your Ace Dashboard once it has been allocated to your submission 🚛 When DHL have collected the parcel from Ace and scanned it in at their depot, you will start to get updates 📲 All updates should be sent to customers via email and / or text message froFew readers
  • What if I can't print my packing slip & barcode?
    Please don't worry! You can still send in your submission If you are unable to print the packing slip and barcode from your confirmation email, we advise for you to add a clearly written note inside the parcel to state the relevant information which can be found on the packing slip.   • How can I track my submissions progress?
    You can do this direct from your Ace dashboard! If you log into your Ace account you will find an individual tracker for each of your active submissions which will automatically update as your submission progresses throughout the service.   • Can I cancel my submission?
    Submitters can cancel submissions within their Ace dashboard before they arrive. Simply select the submission you want to cancel and press 'Make Changes'. Make Changes This will then pop-up with a warning message asking if you want to continue with the cancellation of your submission. If you do, please click 'Cancel Submission'.  Please note this cannot be undonFew readers
  • Can I change the information on my Ace account?
    Yes! You can easily do this on your Ace Dashboard You simply need to log into your Ace account and go to the Profile page to edit the information you have listed!   • What do I do if my submission has not been scanned as arrived?
    We endeavour to scan all submissions on arrival but sometimes this cannot be done ... Please don't worry!   • What happens if I forget to include my packing slip or barcode?
    Please don't worry! We can still allocate your submission even if you don't include the paperwork 🏡 If you have included your name and return address on the shipping label, then we can check these details in order to allocate your submission 🏷️ We can also use the cards sent in, if you have completed a classic submission, to check for submissions that match yours 📩 You can also reach out to Ace Customer Support to let us know and give us a description of the parcel and list of carFew readers
